**Product Support Specialist**

Product Support Specialists needed for award-winning eBike company

**Must live within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ**

**Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour

**Location:** Phoenix (remote)

**Job Type:** Contract, approximately 4-6 months with potential for extension

**Schedule:** 40 hours/week, must have flexibility to work shifts from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm (PST) including Saturday and Sunday

But a standout product requires standout support, and that's where you come in. The Product Support Specialist is a critical role for our client as they enter the busy summer season. Product Support Specialists provide ongoing technical support post-sale to ensure customers' eBikes are spinning in tip-top shape. You'll be engaging through multiple channels (phone and email) to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, as well as order replacement parts as needed. If you're the person who's always on the hook for fixing the WiFi when it goes down or helping your friends with their tech issues, you could be a great fit for this role! You'll also collaborate with a fun, dynamic team that works hard and leads by example to deliver an exceptional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform technical support with customers all over the US by phone and email.

* Ship replacement parts to customers after assessing their needs.

* Walk customers through assembly and maintenance of our clients products.

* Explain highly technical processes & procedures to customers of all skill levels.

* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical support systems.

* Participate in local outreach events and related events with the sales team, as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Overtime required based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service by phone, email, and social media, specifically in technical or product support.

* Technically minded and extraordinarily detailed oriented.

* Impeccable phone communication skills and ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms.

* Experience with smart products, electric bikes or vehicles preferred.

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

* Friendly attitude and interest in working with electric vehicle consumers.

* Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn on the go.
